This fucker is lying and pandering to his base so much that he is just reassuring everyone of his commitment to be Bush's 3rd term. He said that back in 2000 he would have wanted Dick Cheney as his VP too. He would have used Rumsfeld and others from the neo-con neo-nazi party as well.
His VP choice is huge. Because since he would be the oldest president to take office if elected at 72. A wounded veteran from an evil war, he has a good chance of dying in office. Wounded veteran who still defends the evil war as he defends the Iraq war.

I haven't felt bad for the country of Georgia once in this whole Georgia-Russia conflict. Hardly anybody realizes that this is a love triangle. Georgia started this by killing the people of it's own territory of South Ossetia who were pro russian. Everybody wants to make this about Russia though. Which works wonders for John McCain. I've read a few news pieces about the possibility that John McCain provoked the war. Last time he visited the country of Georgia, he told them that the United States would stand up for a "united" Georgia against any kind of provocation from Russia. Fuel to the flames. Spark becomes a flame, flame becomes a fire.
I hated the thought of Hillary winning the nomination. But, at this point, we cannot afford a president like McCain. Even if he dies early. If, say Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg dies before him... Shit is going to be fucked.
That would be so funny if he just strokes out while giving some speech, or during the debates.
